Facilities Cleaner & Maintenance Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Facilities Cleaner & Maintenance Associate to help keep our resort clean, safe, and welcoming. This role focuses primarily on cleaning, with additional support in maintenance and grounds work as needed throughout the property.

Pay:
$14.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain bathrooms, lodging rentals, boat rentals, and common areas
• Helping at the Sea Store for maintenance and repairs
• Ensure all areas are neat, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Monitor and uphold cleanliness standards across the property
• Assist with lawn care and light maintenance tasks (mowing, trimming, basic repairs)
• Support dockhands when needed
• Support the team during peak times to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed
• Ability to perform physical work and be on your feet for extended periods
