Job Description:
Hillside Resort is seeking dependable and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team. This position plays a vital role in food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintaining quality and consistency in every dish served.

We are looking for individuals who work well in a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and contribute to a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Prep ingredients and stock kitchen stations

• Support line cooks and kitchen leadership as needed

• Assist with dishwashing and closing duties when required

• Maintain proper food storage and labeling procedures

• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

• Food safety certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule & Compensation:
Hours will vary depending on season and business demand.
Pay is based on experience, including kitchen experience, prep work, and leadership ability.
