Job Description:
Hillside Resort is seeking reliable, energetic, and guest-focused Servers to join our team. Our servers play an important role in delivering excellent food and beverage service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.
We operate in a fast-paced lake environment where teamwork, professionalism, and strong communication are essential.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
Deliver food and drinks promptly
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests efficiently
Process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties
Assist in other areas as needed (host, expo, bar support)
Follow food safety and alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Weekend and evening availability required
Reliable and punctual
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Previous serving experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Schedule & Compensation:
Hours will vary depending on season and business demand.
Competitive hourly wage plus tips. Pay based on experience.
